This is one of the last “rustico house” in the village of Tramonti in Riomaggiore 5 Terre.
This village is the extreme south  village of Parco Nazionale delle 5 Terre and is a preserved area.
At moment the rustico is to “rebuilt” whit the same material (stones) that are on the place. There are about 280 stairs between the area parking and the costruption .The rustico is on two level and the volume is 40 mq but you can obtain more space excaving inside cause there is also the earth (terraced garden) on the top of the rustico .More there is  a cistern at the right side of rustico so you can  draw about 14 mq extra.
In total you have 45 mq + 300 mq of garden, the cisterna and 90 mt  of garden on the right .
