The holiday house “la Cascata del Vara” is situated very close to the motorway network Genova – Rosignano, but at the same time far away from the noisy traffic, it is 25 km off the sea of Levanto and a little bit more off the Cinque Terre, but at the same time in the nature of the green Vara Valley, where the periwinkle plants clean the air, and keep even hot days fresh.
Through the windows and the terrace enter only “noises” from the nature: the twittering of the birds which welcome the day.

Our B&B is in Sesta Godano (La Spezia)  very close to the exit of Brugnato,  a small village in the countryside, rich of history, traditions, culture but above all, a genuine and silent place. We are situated directly behind the famous “Cinque Terre”, from the town of La Spezia to Levanto, very close to the marvellous “East coast of the region Liguria”.
It sits  very close to the tollgate of the motorway A.12 (4 kmeters beeline) and from the state street SS.1 Aurelia which goes towards Genoa. If you decide to spend your holidays at our B&B, you will be in a perfect strategic point in order to reach immediately (15 – 20 minutes) without any problems (thanks to a perfect road network) all villages of La Spezia’s territory; of course you must take a rest in the villages of: Riomaggiore, Manarola, Corniglia, Vernazza and Monterosso (in the Cinque Terre), and don’t forget about Sarzana (interesting due to its workshops for restoring and selling antique furniture), Tellaro, Fiascherino, Lerici, Portovenere, etc. (all these villages should be visited during your holidays).
The close motorway allows you to reach without any problems the Versilia (with its pubs and nightlife) or the marvellous Lunigiana (territory of the hundred castles). We have done everything in order to guarantee you pleasant holidays.

The apartment is developped on two floors : at first floor  there is a large room  with corner kitchen and a sofà bed for two people with  Sat  TV  and  a table for 4 people with  chairs .  On the second floor there is nice  bedroom with double bed .The bathroom with  shower is at first floor.
A loundry with washing machine is at disposal of guest. The parking is at few meters.
